By confirming the use of our services for your print orders, you agree to the terms, conditions and clauses below.

If you use our graphic design service for your projects, clauses 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 do not apply.

Our printing products are guaranteed to 100% against printing defects if the file supplied complies with printing standards.

 

Online store

Orders placed through our online store are final sales, no refund will be granted in case of order cancellation.
Printable file It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the files supplied comply with printing standards. If you'd like to make sure your files are compliant before placing an official order, you can send them to us and one of our specialists will analyze them free of charge.

Read clauses 1 to 17*..

1. Print colors are not guaranteed. Displays use RGB colors and printers use the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) printing process.

You can have your document displayed on different screens, and colors will vary from one screen to another. Unfortunately, you cannot rely on your screen as a faithful representation of the printed color. A reprint cannot be carried out free of charge.

2. Spelling errors in your documents (e.g. telephone number, text, address, dates, prices, e-mail) cannot be reprinted free of charge and no refund can be made. It is the customer's responsibility to verify this information.

3. Errors in design/transparency/misconfigured files/transfer problems/page layout problems/elements close to the cut line are not guaranteed.

4. Problem cutting paper/cardboard/vinyl/or other less than 1/8″.

5. Files must be presented in the correct orientation to ensure the desired result.

6. Make sure your PDF file is in high-resolution CYMK, 300 DPI.

7. The supplied file must have 1/8″ bleed and the text must be within the bleed.

8. The black types should have the following values: C0, M0, Y0, K100.

9. For best color results, please supply your files in CMYK only (see clause 1 for details).

10. Products must be returned within 5 days of purchase.

11. Products that have been used will not be accepted for return under any circumstances (e.g. following the date of an event entered in the file).

12. Products are personalized and are all made by special order, therefore cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

13. The reprint will be exactly the same as the original (same layout). No modification of the file may be made under warranty.

14. A photo and/or sample may be requested.

15. Other special conditions may be requested.

16. Print colors may vary according to the type of substrate used. For example: matte vs. glossy cardboard and/or product thickness. Also, whether the project was printed on a press or a digital printer.

17. You understand that once an order has been placed, it may go straight into production. If this is the case, a reprint will incur a charge if you wish to have a new file printed.

Imprime À Rabais, is not responsible for damages if your order did not arrive in time for your project/event, due to production delays, transportation delays, problems with delivery, damage in delivery, direct or indirect damages and any other costs that may result from our products and/or service.

Other specifications

Please note that Imprime à Rabais uses inches as a unit of measurement. Please send us your requests using this measurement.

-File size for best printing results. Make sure they are the right size (e.g. if you want 11 " x 17 " posters, send us a file size 11 " x 17 " + bleed (see clause 7 for details), not 8.5 " x 11 " or 12 " x 20 ").

Payments

Payments can be made via Interac, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express), Commercial Cheques, Cash, Money Order, PayPal.

-Interest rates

Please note that interest of 10% will be charged for the 1st month of delay. For subsequent months, interest of 2.25% will be charged monthly.

-Down payment

Please note that a deposit may be required before production begins.

Receiving orders

Once orders are complete, we will contact you by phone or e-mail within a reasonable time.

-Please note that we are not responsible for the breakage or loss of your orders within 72 hours of our email and/or call confirming that your order is ready.

Order accuracy

Please note that Discount Printing reserves a margin of error of 5% of the total order. For example, five photocopies out of 100 (5/100) may be subject to printing errors. If this rate is higher, please contact us immediately.

Quality vs. lead time

Please note that product quality may vary, depending on the desired production lead time. Due to a lack of time for machine calibration, material drying, cutting touch-up, etc., we cannot guarantee the quality of our products.

For optimum quality, please opt for regular production times rather than long lead times. express.

UV selective varnish (Spot UV)

For files for selective varnish printing, please send us not only the PDF file to be printed, but also a second file. On file (2), indicate the surface of the UV SELECTIVE Varnish using 100% N (black). Non-UV surfaces must be WHITE. For best results, make sure the file is a vector file.

Pantone or RGB colors.

We are not responsible for any color difference if you supply a pantone or RGB file without notifying us. By default, we print in CMYK colors.
